Gennadiy Oleksiyovych Statyukha – professor, Director of the Central East European Institute for Sustainable Development, The President of the Ukrainian Engineering and Chemical Association, Member of the Academy of Engineering Sciences and Ecological Sciences, member of the Environmental Working group of the European Federation of Chemical Engineering, member of Thesis defense Council.
He has the prizes of the Ministry of Education and Sciences and Exhibition of National Economy Achievements for the best scientific works, (1983, 1989), prize of KPI for the best textbook (1991).
Gennadiy Oleksiyovych Statyukha is the founder of the scientific school “Theoretical Base of simulation and optimal design of the non-waste technology processes and systems”.
Graduated Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in 1962 by the specialty ”Chemical Production Automation”. Working at the factory of chemicals (1962-1967), graduated the postgraduate studies in the Kyiv Institute of Automatics. Then he worked in the Kyiv Institute of Automatics (1967-1970), defended the candidate thesis (1969). He has been working on the department of Cybernetics of chemical and engineering processes.
He has prepared 9 candidates of Science and one Doctor of Science.
He is the author of more than 300 articles, 7 textbooks, 1 monograph, 17 patents.
